Job description
A hands on Managing Director operating in the city Centre seeks a enthusiastic, pro-active and self-starting personal assistant. Our director runs a portfolio of rental properties, holiday accommodation and bars in the city. An interest in these portfolios and experience in some of or all is essential.
The key tasks and requirements for this role are:
- Previous experience as a personal assistant to a director or HNW individual. Ideally in the property and or hospitality sector, supporting with personal and professional day to day tasks.
- The ability to motivate, plan and execute tasks fluidly to a high standard;
- Strong written, excel and computer skills. This is essential for logging expenses, planning travel and planning rotas for the properties.
- A keen eye for detail when completing quality checks in the properties.
- Effective communication when communicate with guests / clients.
This role allows for flexible hybrid working from our sites and your home.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 14-20 per week
Salary: £14.00-£17.00 per hour
