Curve Club is an exclusive new private members club. It has luxury high-end clubhouses opening in Old Street and Soho soon, and plans to expand to New York, LA and beyond soon after. We look ‘ahead of the curve’, celebrating exciting new trends and helping our members stay abreast of them. Everything from cutting edge interior design, to embracing web3 technologies such as NFT’s, to the newest techniques in cocktail making. You will hear it here first.

Our community is for brave, visionary people who are doing something off the beaten track themselves. We’ve curated a group of the most influential founders, creators and artists and run frequent events to help them network and learn from one another as well as simply socialise with likeminded people.

You’d be joining a passionate, female founded team with a proven track record. We are all about ambition, vision, hard work and having a great time building something awesome.

The Role

Curve Club is looking for an incredible Bartender/Barista who will create the welcoming vibe for our members. This role will set the hospitality standard for service in our clubhouses. This role is the beating heart of the club, responsible for delivering the highest level of member experience. You will work closely with our events team to ensure that events run smoothly and are engaging for our members.

We’re looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

What you’ll do

  • Be the key player responsible for delivering a superior member experience
  • Meet and greet members, dealing politely and professionally with member requests
  • Effectively make drink, coffees and serve food
  • Manage the bar
  • Ensure food and beverages are served attractively and garnished
  • Assist with the successful running of clubhouse events

What you need to succeed

  • Experience in a similar role at a high-end hotel, private members club, or similar area of luxury hospitality
  • Able to work under pressure and think on your feet
  • Be a paragon of professionalism and courtesy
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Love connecting with people and working as part of a team
