We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a standout Personal Assistant (PA) to provide professional support to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) here at National Grid!


Looking after their world you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our CFO, by extensively and proactively managing diaries and emails, organising travel and accommodation, and understanding and prioritising key activities to assist in achieving deadlines. You’ll co-ordinate meetings, offsites and conferences with both internal and external attendees and arrange key meetings, including direct report and team meetings, compile agendas, book locations, attend and take minutes where required. You’ll support the resolution of queries and issues and will respond to stakeholders, customers, and internal queries relevant to the CFO in a timely manner.

About You:


You’re highly organised and have previous experience working as a PA at C Suite / senior leadership level. You have excellent stakeholder management and can work in an ever changing, fast paced environment. You’ve experience in drafting routine correspondence, handling confidential/sensitive data, processing invoices and expenses via internal systems. You’re confident, forward thinking and can work under pressure and on your own initiative. Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are key to the role.

What You'll Get:


Up to £65,000 per annum - dependent on experience.
