Finance is key to that success by securing and building the financial strength and performance of the Bank so we can help our 30 million customers.
And in Group Finance Support we're key to delivering that strength though the co-ordination, production, analysis and assurance of statutory returns and disclosures for the group (our "Results").
Treasury Reporting is a key team, who are broadly responsible for:

Enrichment of data within the groups key reporting systems

Ensuring control over our numbers

Producing Regulatory returns
-
Completion of notes to the Annual Reporting Accounts
Initially you'd land in our Inter-Company team but there'll be opportunities to move about within other teams (e.g Banking, Trading etc) so you’ll learn new skills and be given opportunities to broaden your horizons and experience.
What you'll be doing...

Identification and remediation of breaks between entities within the Group

Enrichment of key reporting systems

Preparation and review of journals

Review of reconciliations in line with Group Minimum Standards

About you

You'll be a dedicated finance professional ideally, but not essentially, with financial services sector experience.

You'll be actively studying, at the later stages, towards a professional Finance/Accountancy qualification or be newly qualified

You'll be a confident verbal communicator with an ability to influence at various levels.

Strong analytical skills and the passion to contribute to the success of the function are something we'd genuinely want to see in any applicant.
