We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for you to provide professional support to 2 Directors for our new business segment - Strategic Infrastructure.
The Director of Land, Planning and External Affairs, who manages the relationship with external stakeholders and lead the team to achieve 17 Development Consent Orders for the Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects. And the Director of Commercial, Regulation and Supply Chain who manages the relationship with the supply chain and regulators aligning interfaces with all parties.
You’ll play a crucial role, working closely with the Directors you’ll look after their world by extensively and proactively managing diaries and emails, organise travel and accommodation, understanding and prioritising key activities to assist in achieving deadlines. As PA you will also co-ordinate meetings, seminars and conferences with both internal and external attendees and arrange key strategy meetings, including Direct Report and team meetings, compile agendas, book locations, attend and take minutes where required.
We are specifically seeking a highly organised and forward thinking individual with excellent communication skills and who can work in an ever changing fast paced pressurised environment. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative, be really confident but in a professional and discreet manner.
What you’ll need
You’ll demonstrate previous experience of working as a PA at C Suite / senior leadership level, the ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations and quality management reports. Experience of drafting routine correspondence, handling confidential/sensitive data, processing invoices and expenses via internal systems. You can work independently to deadlines and under pressure. You are highly organised, confident and professional with a flexible approach. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
