We are Surrey's best established magazine publisher with an impressive digital reach.
We are looking for a sales person who is based in Guildford and has a comprehensive knowledge of the area, especially the town centre and surrounding villages and towns retail areas. You will possess at least 2-3 years experience of direct outbound sales ideally in media and publishing.
Using our Hampton Office as your hub, you will find it beneficial to work closer to home on occasions and therefore will require a suitable home office working environment with high speed broadband, smart phone, up to date computer, clean driving licence and use of your own vehicle.
Salary & Benefits:
- Excellent commission package (uncapped). First year we would expect an OTE of £40,000 rising to £55,000 in the 2nd year
- Competitive basic salary of £25,000 plus commission

Office Hours: 9.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
- Selling advertising space both in print and online to a range of national and local businesses
- Maintain existing client base by making regular courtesy calls and area visits
- Generate and introduce new business and industry groups to the company
- Build rapport with clients for long lasting business relationships
- Maintain client database with updated information
Candidate Profile:
- 2/3 years direct outbound sales experience
- A good knowledge of Guildford and Surrey
- Lives within the Borough of Guildford
- Car driver with clean licence
- Is able to make multiple outbound calls without supervision
- A very good communicator with first class language skills
