This is about providing invaluable support to your Director, managing the systems and processes in your area to keep things running smoothly.
You'll play a key role in ensuring an efficient and co-operative working environment. It'll involve day- to-day organisational work, data processing and analysis. Naturally, you'll need to be on the ball and well organised, with excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Your New Role:
- Diary management & long term calendar management
- Arranging UK travel, including trains hotels, managing itineraries & booking meetings
- Ensuring actions & information requests are followed up appropriately
- Researching, sourcing & general preparation for any events or meeting
- Building & maintaining excellent relationships & communications with a multitude of contacts & stakeholders, internally & externally
- Regular handing of confidential & sensitive information with the upmost discretion
- Supporting Director with external stakeholders, Senior Management& visitors & preparing for visits
- Planning, coordinating & managing meetings including booking meeting rooms, providing refreshments & agenda preparation
- Support MD PA with department queries & administrative tasks
- Supporting the inductions of new team members
- Create / Support with training plans
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve current processes & increase efficiency & effectiveness within the teams
- Managing projects through to completion on behalf of Director
- Minute taking
- Collate weekly KPI reports
- Arrange contract signing sessions for all new starters
- Support with department queries & administrative tasks
- Reconcile monthly credit card statements for the Directors
- Ensure deadlines are complied with for own area of responsibility
- Create PowerPoint presentations on behalf of Director team
- Creation of various data reports as requested by Directors
- Meeting deadlines
About You:
- Significant relevant experience, ideally working as a Personal Assistant at a senior level
- Good working knowledge of how to put presentations & briefings together
- High level of attention to detail & time management skills
- Ability to understand & anticipate needs to ensure appropriate outcomes
- Ability to remain co9nfidential & professional with sensitive people related data & information
- Pro-active, exceptionally well organised & able to prioritise, communicate & manage expectations on delivery
- Able to work & deliver under own initiative & build support networks
- Confident, professional & articulate
- Able to liaise & build relationships with people at all levels
- Able to influence
- Flexible in approach & ‘can do’ attitude
- Remain calm under pressure
- As a Personal Assistant you will have advanced experience of Word, Excel & PowerPoint
What You’ll Get in Return:
Salary starting from £34,690 rising to £42,540- Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
