Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. We facilitate talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.

In this role, you will provide:
- Diary Management, expense management, correspondence support
- Organisation of business trips including actioning any Visa requirements, STAs and expenses.
- Provide communications support including setting up and supporting Town Halls, Newsletters, Distribution lists and SharePoint administration
- Support organisation of conferences and off-sites, including finding locations and post event actions
- Liaison with external stakeholders as required
- Production of reports, presentations, spreadsheets, minutes etc, as required
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience of excellent stakeholder relationships at senior level is essential for this role.
- Previous Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant experience is essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record in managing fast changing calendar across global time zones.
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Teams
- Will need to demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters at the highest level
- Flexible, able to work in pressurised environment and manage priorities effectively and be organised with a methodical approach to tasks
- Previous experience of a Human Resources department desirable but not essential
The base location for this role is London with hybrid working arrangements in place
