Summary Description:
The EUR/INT Marketing Project Lead manages the execution of key marketing projects and events within the Regional Marketing function. The job holder will be required to collaborate closely with internal/external stakeholders
while demonstrating company values at all times. The role requires high levels of independent thinking, autonomy and responsiveness in leading initiatives on behalf of the Regional Brand Lead(s) and in developing and maintaining systems for tracking progress.
Essential Functions
- Marketing Project Management
- Works independently to oversee management of all aspects of regional brand plan execution
- Develops and maintains systems and processes for effective execution of multiple simultaneous projects
- Acts as the brand plan execution liaison point working with function heads to collate regular status updates
- Identifies cross functional interdependencies and ensures these are effectively managed
- Proactively identifies risks as they emerge and proposes resolutions to the cross functional team
- Routinely collaborates cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of brand plans to time and budget commitments
- Designs and facilitates online and in person workshops to progress key initiatives
- Works as part of the wider team to ensure continuous improvement initiatives are delivered on time and on budget
- Represents Marketing department on Jazz corporate project teams as required
- Supports the execution of marketing initiatives as required
- Leads Marketing Best Practice Sharing workstream/initiatives
- Budget and Contract Management
- Leads budget management and discussions with budget holders to maintain ongoing visibility of delivery vs phasing
- Acts as contracting and accounting expert for team members and supports training of team members to facilitate effective implementation of Jazz processes
- Leads trouble shooting of process queries and system issues as they arise
- Event planning and meeting coordination:
- Sources and secure venues for group meetings
- Leads the preparation and circulation of meeting documentation for RBT&EBT (presentation materials, pre-reads, agendas and minutes)
- Chairs and facilitates sessions as required
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Able to manage complex situations and assess and evaluate multiple scenarios independently
- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentations to large and diverse groups (i.e. account managers through to EILT level) with the ability to ‘make the complex’ simple for the audience.

- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills to identify, understand and propose plans to address business issues and opportunities in the short and mid term
- Ability to set goals, prioritize activities, and establish/meet challenging timelines to support rapid patient access to medicines and business delivery
- Act with discretion and integrity at all times in accordance with Jazz’s compliance and regulatory procedures and policies
- Ethical, open and honest
- University degree or equivalent desirable
- Project management qualification desirable
