When you see the world as we do, you see the chance to help the world take better care of its resources, and help it become a better place for everyone. It’s why we’re looking for someone who sees the world in a similar way to take up an exciting Personal Assistant role to support a member of our Executive Committee. You will be working in a dynamic, innovative team whose responsibilities expand across Northern Europe.
Because of our responsibility when it comes to leading change, resourcing takes every single one of us, and this is how you can play your part. And if you’re passionate about being a Personal Assistant and enjoy working with stakeholders, this role will suit you perfectly.
It doesn’t matter if you’re looking to overhaul the industry, or just do a good day’s work. We know that everyone here at Veolia can help us work alongside our communities, look after the environment in small and big ways, and contribute towards our inclusive culture.
What will you be doing?
- Responsibility for extensive diary management whilst maintaining confidentiality for the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Northern Europe.
- Organising extensive and complex travel arrangements; including international travel, and supporting a wider team as necessary.
- Manage both personal and business-related issues with discretion.
- Managing email inboxes for the CIO, delegating actions, and managing responses.
- Gatekeeper between internal and external stakeholders; maintaining concise team processes and communication.
- Coordinating and producing quality information, managing small projects and board papers within the required timescales.
- Coordinating key events, such as conference and event planning; both internal and external.
- Providing support on systems and processes.
What are we looking for?
- Stable experience supporting C-Suite director(s).
- Ability to work dynamically at an incredibly fast pace.
- Impeccable attention to detail and communication.
- Proactive nature with strong use of initiative.
- Efficient problem solver.
- French speaker would be beneficial

Also to help you further, we provide mental health and financial support, so you can lean on us whenever you need to.
