Your purpose
As Personal Assistant, you will focus on providing day-to-day support for 4 People Directors based in the UK, with some ad hoc support for another 2 People Directors. This role is perfect for someone who can be proactive and has a great attention to detail with a real energy to get things done.
Your role
- Managing calendars and appointments, liaising with different parts of the business over availability and scheduling
- Project managing logistics for key meetings and ensuring regular meetings are set up e.g. team meetings, 1:1’s and other meetings as needed
- Making international and domestic travel arrangements and bookings
- Preparation for key meetings such as pre-read materials and agendas; attending meetings and documenting minutes and actions where necessary
- Supporting with the processing of expenses
- Creating and/or maintaining distribution lists
- Supporting with creating presentations and other documents as needed
What you’ll bring
- Experienced user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email systems such as Office 365.
- Ability to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks at one time
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Able to manage key stakeholder relationships
- Maintaining calm under pressure, organised and an effective planner to meet tight deadlines
