We're recruiting dedicated and compassionate Waking Nights Complex Care Assistants to join our Clinical Services Team to provide care to our clinical clients in and around the Newcastle area.
We are currently recruiting experienced clinical carers to join our team working 1:1 with our client. In addition we provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Complex Care Assistant within the Clinical Services Team.
We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
We believe that homecare is a way of improving people's lives and within your role as a Clinical Carer you will be responsible for helping them to continue living the life they prefer to lead within their own home environment.
Clinical tasks may include: (Dependant on client)
- Catheter Care
- Epilepsy Management
- Gastrostomy Care
- Enteral feeding and medication administration
- Medication Management
- Nebuliser and or Oxygen Management
- Naso-gastric Care
- Invasive and non- invasive ventilation
- Oxygen/Saturation Monitoring
- Spinal Injury Care
- Tracheostomy care
- PEG feeds
