Our company is looking for an experienced professional to act as a Personal Assistant to the Sales Manager We are interested in hiring an individual with extensive experience coordinating business travel, including airline reservations, organising meetings and maintaining accurate records of the managers schedule. The successful candidate will also assist with general office work such as proofreading business correspondence, miscellaneous filing and editing company documents.
Responsibilities:
- Keep track of the executives calendar.
- Manage travel arrangements.
- Organise meetings and corporate conferences.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Communicate with other members of the executive staff.
- Prepare documents.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £6.85-£14.54 per hour
