Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers with a smile, taking orders and ensuring a seamless beverage service.
- Mix and serve a variety of drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using our modern point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area, restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide outstanding customer service, creating a memorable experience for every visitor.
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service practices, including checking IDs as required.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for delivering top-notch customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior bartending or customer service experience is a plus.
