JOB SUMMARY

As a Front Desk Agent in Front of House, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Your tasks as a Front Desk Agent will include but not be limited to:

  • Check in the arriving guest and check out the departing guests according to our standards.
  • Upon check in, register the guest and assign rooms. Accommodate any special requests whenever possible.
  • Use suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and promote other services within the hotel.
  • Verify guest’s method of payment and follow established procedures.
  • Upon departure of guests, process the guest check-out and inquire for any last-minute charges. Receive payment form guests.
  • Handle all front office cashiers’ transactions such as posting charges to guests and exchanging foreign currency and balance float at the end of shift
  • Keep informed of product and service knowledge as we all the hotel daily activities.
