Falkirk Health & Social Care Partnership’s Senior Leadership Team is expanding, therefore two exciting new posts have been created to increase capacity within the Secretarial/PA Business Support Team. Each post will provide PA support to two of the Falkirk Health and Social Care Senior Managers. We are looking for two experienced and enthusiastic Personal Assistants to work with the Senior Leadership Team and Senior Managers. We require highly motivated administrative professionals to undertake these key roles. The successful candidates will provide comprehensive, efficient, and confidential support to the Falkirk Health & Social Care Directorate and Corporate Support Services. A key element of the post will be to support Senior Managers; therefore, a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential. Other tasks will include assisting in diary management, minute taking, emails, letters, reports, and dealing with general requests and enquiries. You will have the ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales and have excellent customer care skills and experience. You will have relevant secretarial experience, ideally in a similar post within a healthcare or local authority setting or equivalent senior management team. A flexible approach to the challenges of this role is essential. The post will be hybrid and based at Falkirk Stadium. Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post. The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
