The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of a team of two Assistants offering day-to-day support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) at the airport.
You will be a proactive individual, have a hands-on approach with the ability to work under your own initiative. You will need to expertly manage multiple complex diaries, while juggling multiple tasks with conflicting priorities and maintain a sense of calm.
This role has regular interactions with a wide range of people therefore, you will need excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and great interpersonal skills. You will need to be confident in approaching people at all levels of the business. You will need to be able to handle confidential information with tact and diplomacy as well as being a quick learner of systems and procedures. You will be a point of contact for the wider airport and develop the knowledge to answer people’s questions and point them in the right direction.
Please note, this role will be predominantly office-based to provide support to the Senior Leaders of the business.
You:
As a Personal Assistant, you will have previous experience of working as an assistant in a busy environment to multiple Senior Leaders. You will need to have a strong ability to be flexible with changing priorities and be able to produce accurate work under pressure. Experience in providing administrative support is key, and therefore strong IT skills are required. You will need to have proven experience of managing multiple complex diaries for senior leaders that have fast-changing priorities. You will need to have a proactive approach in this role with an eye for the detail and ability to be self-directing.
