Job description
We are looking to recruit an experienced Legal Personal Assistant for our offices in Belfast - Queen Street.
The PA will provide proactive, high level support, delivering a highly professional service to ensure the effective and economic use of Fee Earner & Partner time and support them in delivering an excellent and high quality client experience. You will be required to manage the Partner/ Fee Earners diary and inbox, scheduling appointments and meetings. You will also be required to process and deal with correspondence, liaise with clients and provide general administration support.
We are looking for somebody who has experience or working within a law firm or legal business as a PA or Legal Secretary. The role will require somebody who is a highly organised, proactive individual who is confident to liaise with clients and stakeholders as they will be working in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines.
