We're interested in hiring talented, enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic environment. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, resolving complaints and assisting with the troubleshooting of technical issues with our client's products. The ideal candidate will take initiative, have strong problem-solving skills and have a genuine interest in helping customers with their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Follow instructions given by the supervisor or manager.
- Be courteous and polite to customers and make calls.
- Be a team player and willing to pitch in for other employees that need help.
- Ensure that all customer queries get a timely response.
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions.
- Work at a high volume call center where the pace of work is very fast and the environment is stressful.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
