Are you a highly experienced HR Assistant used to supporting Senior Leaders? The successful post holder will need to be a highly organised individual looking to work as a Personal Assistant for our HR Director.
Working closely with the HR Director and wider Human Resources Team you be central to keeping things moving by providing a wide range of administrative support and be a friendly first point of contact for all queries. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to develop in HR with lots of opportunity to get involved in projects.
Your main responsibilities:
- Provide full support as required to HR Director
- Meet all deadlines, communicating effectively to all relevant parties and ensuring company processes and policies are adhered to
- Interact with internal and external partners with integrity, honesty, and knowledge whilst promoting the culture, values, and mission of Bestway
- Manage HR Director diary to ensure that their time is effectively organised and planned. Organising all meetings, ensuring attendees are fully briefed
- Co-ordinate and own agendas for team days, off-sites, team meetings and company meetings on a regular basis
- Make travel arrangements for the HR Director
- Work with the Senior HR Team and update company structure charts
- Open, prioritise and where appropriate answer HR Directors email to ensure that only essential information is forwarded; advise of any urgent matters
About You
- Previous working experience working in a similar role with would be beneficial
- Experience of working with Office365 and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly skilled in using PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Able to create presentations and other materials in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically with a wide range of audiences whether by phone, email or in person
- An effective forward planner who thinks of details and with the ability to anticipate and respond quickly to change
- Able to deal with confidential and sensitive information appropriately
- Able to make the best use of time particularly when under pressure from competing priorities, prioritising and delegating tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce written correspondence of a high quality on behalf of the HR Director
