Job description
Personal Assistant for small hedge fund, includes family and personal. Work from office in family home near Bath with some flexibility in work from home. Good financial, business and secretarial skills required.
Duties:
- Manage and maintain the schedule and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Prepare and organize documents and reports
-Maintain trade records and coordination with auditors and administrators
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Assist with personal tasks such as reservations or personal correspondence or household and estate maintenance
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Skills:
Experience in financial markets
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
