Job description
Duties include but not limited to:
- Assisting Director with administration,
- Processing purchase orders,
- Managing ISO correspondence
- Scanning and filing,
- Assisting with booking servicing,
- Booking of accommodation for the engineers,
- Screen incoming telephone calls,
- Accepting deliveries,
- Making tea/coffee for the office etc.
- Light cleaning/ tiding
About you:
- Previous experience in working as a PA / admin support,
- Strong MS office skills particularly Outlook and Excel,
- Previous experience with ISO desirable but not essential
- Excellent organizational and planning skills,
- An excellent communicator,
- Ability to work in a constantly changing and challenging environment,
- Excellent written skills,
- Team player,
- Able to pick things up quickly,
- Attention to detail and proactive
This is an office and supporting stockroom-based role.
Specific training will be given in house for duties.
Must be flexible to cover holidays when needed especially throughout school breaks.
Working hours Monday - Friday 8am - 2pm
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 27.5 per week
Salary: From £10.00 per hour
