Communications, Marketing and Events Manager

Pro-rata salary £22,094 - £24,219 (FTE £25,409 - £27,852)
In todays digital society, the role of Communications, Marketing and Events Manager has never been more crucial to our success. This is an exciting role which offers the flexibility to be creative and innovative whilst harnessing key administrative and organisational skills. In main purpose of the role is to:
Support school leaders in the school to develop and operationalise a communications plan that promotes engagement with all internal and external stakeholders and delivers change through consistent and effective approaches.
Maintain and enhance the schools profile across digital platforms, ensuring consistent, high-quality content that aligns to the schools core values, is compliant in terms of website requirements for educational establishments and engages the target audience effectively. Pro-actively monitor online activity and address any negative sentiments or misinformation which could negatively impact on the schools reputation.
Lead the marketing, organisation and event management of calendar events that allow for positive engagement within both the school, parent and local community and celebrates student successes.
