We are currently recruiting for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to add to our team at Vibe Recruit. Working in a team of 6 and providing a first-class recruitment service nationwide, you will be taking over a warm desk and an attractive client portfolio. You will also have the advantage of working closely alongside three of our Regional Sales Managers, tasked with generating new work for you on a daily basis.

As Permanent Recruitment Consultant you will:

• Use your previous experience to full advantage when successfully building and maintaining relationships with a number of South Wales' leading manufacturers.
• Demonstrate excellent organisational skills when effectively handling a number of different permanent positions in a range of different industries.
• Showcase your creativity when creating appealing job advertisements and using various different online methods to attract candidates.
• Be familiar with all of the major job boards, Linkedin Premium and using a CRM system whilst having an eye for spotting the best talent.
• Provide effective career advice, guidance and interview preparation to potential candidates.
• Confidently be able to negotiate terms of employment, salaries and notice periods with clients and candidates.
