About the role
You will develop innovative solutions and identify opportunities to improve how we input data to help teams manage performance, make decisions and support the strategic direction of Macmillan. You will gather and analyse large datasets to create innovative reports, providing accurate data input for external partners and internal teams. You will explore new software and products to improve existing products, sharing knowledge and innovative ideas with the wider team in how we report and track performance across Macmillan.
About you
To be successful, you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Excellent analytical skills to collate and analyse large sets of data.
- Experience of software such as Power BI, Power Apps and CRM.
- An understanding of the structure of databases and their implementation, such as DataVerse or Access.
- Experience of presenting data to stakeholders, translating key information suitable for a range of audiences.
- Strong collaboration skills, sharing knowledge and supporting the team to learn.
