We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to drive new customer growth through paid marketing channels.

Founded in 2015, The Sports Edit is building the UK's leading women's activewear retailer and was recently acquired by Marks & Spencer Group to help support that vision. We curate a range of brands, from leading brands like Nike, adidas, On Running and Veja, to challenger brands such as Varley, Alo Yoga and Girlfriend Collective. We operate thesportsedit.com globally, and have recently launched The Sports Edit on marksandspencer.com in January 2023.
About the role
The role will focus on driving new customer acquisition for thesportsedit.com. Your core responsibilities will focus on the management and execution of Paid Search, Google Shopping, Paid Social and Display, you will also work with an external agency to manage our Affiliate marketing programme.
Key responsibilities
- Planning, Execution, Optimisation and Management of:
- Google & Bing paid search campaigns across brand and generic keywords
- Paid Shopping and Performance Max campaigns
- Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Pinterest
- Display prospecting and retargeting
- YouTube
- Management of affiliate programme with the help of an external agency
- Management of the Paid Media budget and achieve the set KPIs
- Channel level reporting, insights and actions on a weekly and monthly basis
- Aligning channel activity with the trade marketing calendar and ensure this is fed into campaign planning
- Briefing ad creative
- Create testing roadmap and proposals, implement tests and analyse performance. Present insights and recommendations
- Feed management and optimisations
About you
- Minimum 2 years hand-on experience building and executing paid media campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok for an ecommerce retail business
- Experience in managing monthly budgets and achieving the target KPIs
- Demonstrable experience in optimisation and testing
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to handle large data sets and extract relevant and actionable insights; comfortable using Google Analytics
- Strong commercial acumen, and comfortable with online retail environments and daily trading challenges
- A proactive, good multi-tasker, detail oriented, solutions focused, with a can do attitude
- A keen interest in fitness; you align with our vision to help change people's lives for the better through fitness, it is at the heart of everything we do.

- Salary: £37,000 to £40,000 depending on experience, with a bonus scheme of up to 20% of salary paid
