Performance Manager - Up to £35,000 + Bonus – Manchester City Centre (Hybrid Working) - Agency
Our client is a growth marketing agency with a roster of impressive accounts looking for an experienced individual to join their client team! So you’ll gain the chance to work across a whole host of impressive clients! The agency is made up of experienced individuals with over 22 years of knowledge, across their multiple offices throughout the UK.

This role will require you to establish strategies centred around media planning and buying across the channels the agency operate across. You’ll lead meetings and obtains skills to manage the day to day running of client accounts, liaising with the internal teams to ensure the clients needs are met. The performance manager will act as a mentor to junior members of the team and support senior members in overall strategy.
You will need:
- Strong communication skills
- Media planning and buying experience and wider media knowledge
- Previous experience in a similar role – Agency experience Desirable
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to manage client budgets
