  • Lead the operating model of the integration and synergy work for the combined Product & Technology organisation
  • Chief of staff responsibilities to the CPTO
  • Deputising as required and acting as a liaison between People Team, Finance Team and Comms Team to ensure the department is seamlessly run

What we need from you:

You’ll have previous experience in an enterprise-wide organisation with a wealth of knowledge in product and engineering ways of working and software delivery. You’ll have managerial experience with tiered teams of size and scope. You’ll be an expert in all things relating to process improvement and what it takes to lead high performing teams and drive top end results. You’ll also need to have experiences in providing strategic support and counsel to senior stakeholders and using your influence to drive change through the department.
For more information on this exciting new internal opportunity please reach out to Adele Nicol - [email protected] in the Recruitment team.

We have welcomed our teams back to the office and have a balanced approach to office and home working. Our employees have the opportunity to work from home up to 80% of the time with 20% of office time built in to ensure we get some face-to-face collaborative team time - and the chance for a coffee and a catch up!
