We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team and help manage the day-to-day operations of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing staff, delegating tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Ensure that all staff are performing their duties in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and review staff performance and provide feedback.
- Ensure that customer service standards are met.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions.
