We’re a marketing agency focused on social media storytelling and social first activations, servicing a wide range of clients in both the B2C and B2B space. What You´ll Do
We’re looking for a motivated and self-starting Social Media Exec to join our growing team. You should be comfortable working alone and will be expected to keep track of deadlines, be comfortable working across multiple clients, and assisting the agency with internal marketing activities. Yes, that does mean you’ll probably have to be in the TikToks!
You will be responsible for some content creation and curation of content calendars, working closely with the Social Media Manager to execute this. You’ll also be executing the day to day management of client channels, and be responsible for weekly and monthly reporting.
As the team grows, we want to empower you to grow with it and expand your abilities! You’ll have the opportunity to support wider campaign planning, attend photoshoots and create exciting content for social!
Job Responsibilities
- Creating and curating monthly content calendars for our clients
- Writing social copy for ad-hoc posts not included in the calendars
- Support in client meetings, sharing updates and supporting the Social Media Manager where needed
- Keep detailed reporting for clients and work with the Social Media Manager to optimise outcomes
- Support on the planning and execution of campaigns for clients
- Assist the Social Media Manager with the planning and execution of photoshoots and events, in collaboration with clients
- Assist the company with any internal marketing needs to raise the profile of the business
Role Requirements
Essential
- Strong experience using all major social platforms, or a keen willingness to learn if you’re less familiar
- Confident writing social media copy
- You’ll be excited about creating social-first content, including TikToks and Reels, graphics and UGC style content
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for social trends
- Confident learning and using reporting tools
- Strong interpersonal communication abilities
- You’ll be super organised and ready to hit the ground running!
Desirable
- Comfortable presenting in front of clients
- Adobe Creative Cloud Experience
