Salary: £22,369 to £22,777 per annum, £11,184 to £11,388 per annum
Working Pattern: Full-time, 37 hours per week. Welcome to having a job share part-time, 18.5 hours per week.
Contract: Permanent
Location: Chichester and hybrid opportunities. Requirement to come into office once a week.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join us as a Performance Coordinator.
In this role you will assist in the collection, co-ordination and reporting of management information required to support across all WSFRS service areas. Some of your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Assist with data collection for statutory requests such as Freedom of Information requests and requests from Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services (HMICFRS).
- Arrange meetings, booking resources, managing emails, maintaining and updating electronic systems.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, security and maintenance of personal information.
- Respond independently to day-to-day telephone, email and written queries.
- Provide advice, guidance and information to customers, including policy and procedure application.
Experience and Skills
Key Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good written communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, partners and members of the public.
- Ability to prioritise tasks based on service requirements and managing conflicting workload pressures.
- Competent computer skills.
Qualifications and/or experience
- Experience of working within a customer orientated environment and providing an administrative service.
- Previous experience of analysing information and providing solutions.
- Demonstrable experience of working as a member of a team.
