The Role…
Soho House is undergoing a period of significant change as it is redesigning the way it provides service to the business. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical professional to join us as a People Systems Manager and help us shape the new way of delivering high quality service. The successful candidate will be responsible for the BAU management of our current UK stack of HR Information Systems and provide support to the UK HR teams regionally. You will also play an integral role in providing guidance to project team for our new HR system roll out.
The role will be based at the London Support Office and will report to the Head of People Systems with whom they will work with to ensure we create an industry leading People function.
Main Duties…
- Maintains the HRIS to ensure system security, continued operations, reporting efficiency, and data integrity. Inform IT of software and hardware problems and partner to resolve them.
- Functions as the project manager for system upgrades and process improvement projects.
- Oversees HRIS problems such as data transfer issues, process flaws, data discrepancies and recommend solutions
- Maintain SOX compliance, where applicable
- Partner with Internal Audit and necessary COE's to address any issues
- Partner with HR Business Partner teams in the UK to support and implement HR processes
- Support with BAU processing of HR key deliverables including performance cycle, salary review, succession planning, etc.
- Support implementation of new products, new process, and requirements
- Engage with employees and managers to help resolve employee questions
- Provide guidance and deliver HR support and service aligned with organizational needs
- Maintain system configuration and process documentation
- Assists with developing and tracking compliance with Company HR policies and procedures
- Excellent analytical skills, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to set priorities to coordinate multiple assignments with fluctuating and time-sensitive deadlines
- Assists in benefits administration in support of the benefits coordinator, including change reporting and communicating benefits information to employees, such as open enrolment
- Key advisor for the Ceridian Dayforce project initiative globally
- Responsible for the UK HR technology stack
- Responsible for driving forward key UK tech projects such as Docusign, Sharepoint, Document Standardisation, Greenhouse recruit, etc.
Requirements / Qualifications...
- Good communication skills both orally and written with the ability to produce high quality and effective documentation/reports on complex issues, sometimes at short notice
- Proven computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Attention to detail, commitment to quality work product and well organized.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player to participate and support needs of entire team
- Willing to learn new systems, concepts and methods as industry & initiatives dictate
