The opportunity


We are looking for a People Services Advisor to join our People Services team on a permanent basis.

As a People Services Advisor, reporting into the People Services Delivery Manager you will provide front line email and telephony services to answer hire to retire queries. Using your initiative, you’ll proactively assist employees through the employee life cycle processes, answering queries which are predominately payroll and benefits related.

You’ll update and manage data within Service Now (our query management solution), work comfortably to KPIs and offer support to continuous improvement our processes and service.

You’ll also get the chance to build internal relationships, work effectively with related teams and key customers to ensure the seamless and seamless service.

This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis. We are also offering hybrid working in which you will attend the Warwick office once a week, with the remainder from home.

About you


  • Experience of working within a HR Shared Service function and generic experience of delivering a query management service aligned to legislative HR processes
  • Good working knowledge of ‘hire to retire processes’
  • Strong experience of query management of payroll and benefits related processes
  • Strong administration skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of SAP is advantageous
  • Good planning, organising and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable passion and commitment to excellence in continuous improvement and quality
  • Strong results orientation and openness and flexibility to change

A salary of £30,016 (which will increase to £33,132 from 01 July 2023).
