Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of culinary techniques for food preparation
- Time management skills to ensure prompt service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Please note that previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
