We're seeking a proactive, driven and variety-loving People Partner to join our global team of experts, in partnering Costa’s leaders to deliver our people and business strategy.
Our People Partners work with the business on an agile and agenda driven basis, which gives them the opportunity to get stuck into a wide range of projects, across all of our Global markets and People functions. We’re looking for individuals to join the team who can bring fresh insights, energy and pace in execution and a broad range of experiences to supplement those of our already fantastic team. If you're a passionate change agent, love operating across multiple levels and disciplines, are comfortable in navigating through the grey areas and are excited about driving organisational transformation, then we would love to hear from you!

A bit about the role...
The People Partner will be a member of a high performing agile people partner team and will focus on:
- Partnering multi-level stakeholders (including our Global Exec) to drive the annual business plan (ABP) to success, with a focus on the specific agenda items that will make the biggest difference.
- Partnering across variety of projects in the plan and across multiple markets and functions, gaining broad ranging insight and experiences.
- Driving improvements and changes in the areas that matter most to our people, and the delivery of our ABP.
- Building cross-functional relationships with COE’s to ensure the synergy of people and business plans
- Leading/advocating change.
- Influencing and building relationships with leaders and line managers around the business, with the ability to make an positively impact at pace
- Coaching and providing feedback to key stakeholders to help drive stronger people practices
