Delaware North UK is hiring for a full-time People Operations Coordinator at Wembley Stadium in London. As a People Operations Coordinator, you will be an active member of the People team, working to achieve a culture of high engagement, connection, growth, and service excellence.

Responsibilities
- To support with the workforce planning and resource deployment for major events and venue associated M&E activity, focusing on the provision of the right resources, with the right skills and experience to meet the operational and fiscal brief.
- To support in all areas of event planning from forecasting to payroll processing and ongoing workforce design.
- To support the people team in booking and confirming appropriate levels of staff for the planners. To support on engagement programs, both on event days and in between, to maximize loyalty and commitment.
- To focus on booking the same teams to drive consistency, resulting in great guest service.
- To support the People Team effectively to allow them to manage the agency workers at events to ensure they also have a great experience and represent Delaware North’s service standards.
- To support where required the delivery of consistent skills training and guest experience programs, which result in the delivery of exceptional service that all Client and customers expect to receive.
- To manage venue-based PO trackers for multiple agency partners.
- To actively chase outstanding invoices with agencies.
- Reconcile all agency invoices against timesheets.
Qualifications
Essential Experience:
- At least 1 years’ experience of working in a similar role in an organisation with a large casual workforce.
- Superior communication, interpersonal, customer service and presentation skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and team members.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to meet critical deadlines.
- Ability to use an HR information system including accessing, inputting, and compiling data.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience of applying HR Advisory skills in a Sport Service and/or Event-based business.
