An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Research Practitioner to work within Research. We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our friendly and dynamic team.
The United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust works in partnership with regional NHS Trusts and Universities and has been successful in establishing and hosting East Midlands Clinical Research Network (CRNEM) staff to support clinical research.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with patients and clinicians enabling the people in Lincolnshire to participate in research and to improve and develop evidence based healthcare.
This position is based at Pilgrim Hospital, Boston but travel to other hospital sites may on occasion be necessary.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our research team in a role that has a mix of both administration and clinical contact with patients.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with excellent organisational and time management skills, plus meticulous attention to detail. The ability to work on their own initiative and also as part of a team is essential.
You will communicate and liaise regularly with a variety of healthcare professionals and teams, so excellent communication skills are essential.
The successful candidate will be expected to coordinate a portfolio of studies alongside supporting the research team with a variety of more complex clinical trials, in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and relevant legislative/EU Clinical Trials guidance and departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
You should ideally have experience of delivering clinical research or be able to transfer your previously gained relevant skills and knowledge to the role of assistant research practitioner.

Louth Hospital is set on the edge of the Wolds and serves the communities of Louth and the local area. It provides a number of services, including an outpatient department, diagnostic and surgical procedures, as well as a surgical ward.
