ABOUT THE ROLE…
We have a passion for Making Memories in Manorview, whether it be a first or a last, we want our clients and guests to have an experience they will never forget. This role is key to ensure we can deliver this!
You will support the Head of People in the delivery of all elements of the employee lifecycle, including Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Relations and supporting with some areas of Learning and Development.
This role will be based at our Support Office in Howwood but you will be regularly visiting our 10 venues.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR…
Providing the venues with support with Employee relations cases
Taking Ownership of Absence Management Cases
Engaging with Hiring Managers to supporting with the Onboarding process of New Candidates
Supporting our People Champs to deliver Day 1 Inductions
The Coordination of our Team Member of the Month Initiative
You will get involved in Project Work that the People Team are currently undertaking
Amongst many other tasks that you may get involved in!

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED…
Previous experience in a HR or a People Management Role (Essential)
Ability to use own initiative and work independently as well as part of a wider team (Essential)
Excellent Communication Skills (Essential)
Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels (Essential)
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy (Essential)
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Essential)
Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively (Essential)
UK Drivers Licence (Essential)
CIPD Level 3 qualified or equivalent (Desirable)
Good knowledge of Employment Law and HR Best Practices (Desirable)
