Shakespeare’s Globe is currently seeking a People (*HR*)* Assistant* to join our People team.
The People (HR) Assistant provides effective support to the People team, championing the People Plan, and supporting the organisation to effectively use the Globe’s HR and People practices creating a positive employee experience. The role also contributes to supporting the wider People team in establishing and maintaining effective HR processes.

The People Team at SShakespeare’s Globe works to deliver an effective and professional people service and to a positive employee experience for our colleagues at the Globe.
The People Team deliver payroll services, maintenance of the HR systems and processes whilst delivering our People Plan, ensuring that the Globe attracts, retains, and develops a workforce that thrives in an inclusive working environment. Our team are flexible in response to the changing needs of the organisation, and works collaboratively with colleagues across the Globe to deliver and champion equity, belonging and positive wellbeing for all our colleagues.
