AECOM is seeking an Identity and Access Management Analyst to serve as a member of a Global Security Team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily operational tasks including administration within Active Directory, Azure AD, CyberArk (or similar), OKTA (or similar), Saviynt IGA and other identity governance and administration related tasks as assigned.
This will be a remote/virtual position that can be based from a variety of US locations.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities:
Manage user, group, and system objects through the lifecycle including provisioning, updates, deactivation, and deletion in accordance with established processes.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that user and system account roles are designed considering principles of least privilege and segregation of duties
Document and communicate Identity and Access Management standards, processes, procedures, workflows and associated metrics
Ensure that IAM services are closely monitored for availability and resiliency
Assist with Identity and Access Management related initiatives
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Competencies:
Knowledge in Active Directory security provisioning, administration, and configuration.
Recognition of security events and threats via correlation of Security event ID’s using analytics
Understanding of SAML 2.0, OAUTH2, OpenID Connect
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a team of professionals for information security issues
Ability to prioritize work and complete assignments accurately and on time
Experience with reporting and reporting tools
Minimum Requirements:
- BA/BS plus 0 years of experience, or AS degree plus 2 years of experience, or HS diploma (or equivalent) plus 4 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, etc. preferred
- Relevant IT internships and/or work experience preferred
- Experience with Active Directory and/or Power Shell scripting is preferred
- Exposure to similarly large, complex, global organizations would be ideal.
