With our innovative software solution, we digitize their business and help them sell more: both through their own website and through external portals such as GetyourGuide, Google Reserve, Musement or Viator.

YOUR MISSION
For us, People & Culture is more than just HR: besides being the central point of contact for our teams and managers in all HR-related issues you are actively shaping our culture. Efficient processes and modern tools are a matter of course for you and you can fully develop in our international environment.
THESE EXPERIENCES ARE COMING TOWARDS YOU:
You are responsible for all HR activities in an European setup with teams in 9 countries including our headquarters in Germany:
- Recruiting and onboarding the right talents
- Implementing personnel development measures
- Supporting change management and restructuring if needed
- Taking responsibility for personnel cost planning and budgeting
- Performing preparatory payroll
- Implementing HR-administrative topics (e.g. contract reviews, medical check-ups, work council meetings, and others)
- And other topics that require HR expertise
You support us in the further internationalization of Regiondo by working on projects, familiarizing yourself with international labor law and cooperating with foreign authorities so that all HR processes run smoothly and compliant abroad
You evaluate and implement innovative methods and technologies to constantly improve efficiency regarding internal and external processes
You manage and implement strategic and operational People & Culture projects by closely working together in a team
You work cooperatively with our other teams to become the number one booking solution in our market together
YOU BRING THESE QUALITIES WITH YOU:
You have an above-average successful completion of university studies related to business administration, psychology or a similar field
You have several years of professional experience as a People & Culture Manager or in a comparable role and in an international context
You feel confident working in an international high-growth environment with remote communication and teams across Europe
You are an open-minded, dynamic personality with a strong hands-on mentality and a drive for success
You have strong communication and teamwork skills act confidently, professionally, and service-oriented in exchange with executives
You speak English on a professional level, further languages (especially German, Italian, or French) would be considered a plus
