Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a People Consultant on a Fixed Term basis until February 2024 at our office in Westminster Bridge Road.
This role offers a hybrid approach and we are flexible on the days worked, this could be across 4 days, 1 full day and 2 half days and everything in between. Some office attendance is required, circa once every 3 weeks often on a Tuesday for our team meeting.
A bit about the role:
As a People Consultant, you will support the Strategic Partner to deliver a high level of ‘People’ business support including building strategic leadership capabilities, assessing effectiveness within the business area, and to operationally support the delivery and embedding of change. Some of the key results for the role include:
- Works closely to support the Strategic Partner in delivering Local People Plans
- Operationally deliver and support Managing Change processes (incl. TUPE)
- Ask the right questions and has the confidence to challenge business and leaders.
- Creates and pulls data and evidence together, analyses this and puts forward recommendations, evaluating and reviewing success and failures and can feedback to the business where appropriate.
- Uses and applies evidence to support business cases or decisions
