Administrator
As an Administrator you will be starting in the best place to learn and develop your knowledge and skills ready to progress your career further within the admin team. Initially, you will be spending time learning the relevant systems, processes and standards needed on a day-to-day basis. You will also be well placed to learn more about our business and industry. Over time your role and your responsibilities will grow in line with your personal development programme and on the job training, to ensure you have all the knowledge, skills, and experience to meet the expected performance as a fully trained Administrator.
The Role
- Deliver administrative and clerical tasks across the business.
- Handle telephone enquiries in a professional manner in line with the business standards.
- Professional email writing
- Managing administrative processes.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Managing multiple and changing priorities at once.
- Preparing and editing letters, reports, and emails.
- Diary Management.
- Meeting deadlines and SLAs appropriate to your role.

The Package
Basic Salary - £20,600 - £23,690
Location - Deal/Dover offices (initial training will be at our Head Office in Herne Bay, then relocating to Deal and Dover branches at the beginning of September)
Work Pattern - 5 days a week (Monday – Friday)

Experience and Qualifications Required
· As the leading agent in this area we know we can teach you the skills and knowledge to be a great Administrator, so previous admin experience is not necessary but you do need to have a winning attitude and bags of charm!
· Maths and English Grade C or above
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week
