OUR PEOPLE CO-ORDINATOR - THE ROLE ROLE SUMMARY: As the People Co-ordinator at Border Biscuits, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the People function. You will be the face of the team, as the first point of contact for all colleague and management queries. You will also be responsible for coordinating all People related activities from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and maintenance of colleague records. This is the ideal role for an experience HR administrator looking for the next step in their career or for someone who is a newly qualified HR professional.
