As our People Co-Ordinator, you'll be providing administrative support to our People team, ensuring they are efficient as possible as we scale rapidly throughout 2023 and beyond.
Reporting directly to our Head of People, you'll be responsible for:
- Creating formal employee documentation (offers letters, contracts, NDAs)
- Co-ordinating all onboarding activities - creating schedules, booking knowledge-sharing sessions, sending all relevant info over via email ahead of start dates
- Creating and facilitating documentation and system changes across all points of the employee life cycle - including new hires, structure changes, transfers, promotions, leavers, etc
- Maintaining compliance tracking for our visa sponsorships
- Managing our ‘New Starter' Notion page to keep track of hires and onboarding requirements
- Working closely with our wider People Team to improve internal processes
- Supporting the wider team with gathering, analyzing and reporting on employee data to support ongoing employee experience improvements as well as specific people projects
What we'd like you to have:
- Good commercial administrative experience in a People function
- A proven ability to multi-task, manage high workloads, and being able to prioritize effectively
- A mindset focused on attention to detail - you're used to dealing with sensitive data and can work efficiently across multiple processes
- A strong sense of initiative - we're a fast-paced scale-up always looking for new ideas and ways to improve efficiency!
- A people-first approach and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people
So what do we offer?
- Salary Package: £25,000 - £30,000
- Hybrid Working & Flexible Hours: 2 days per week in our Manchester HQ, but adjust your schedule to fit around your out-of-work commitments - as long as you're here for our core hours!
