We are a leading scaffolding company looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and emails, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and directing calls to the appropriate department.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, providing timely and effective solutions
- Direct calls to the appropriate department as needed
- Manage and maintain accurate customer records and data
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Convert leads to clients and maintain customer relationships
- Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult customers
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Sales experience is a plus
