Job description
Introduction
My client is looking for junior to mid-level candidates, or candidates who have a desire to work within Transformation, to join them and develop skills whilst on the job.
Ideally, you will come from a Defence, National Security or Public Sector background. They are happy to consider candidates without direct Business Change experience, however you must have experience in similar ‘soft skills’ (e.g., Project Management), and the ability to deal with uncertainty.
You will be working on human-centred change projects, which might include HR Transformation, HR Technology, HR Policy, or Organisational Design.
You will be able to work from home the majority of the time, however you will be expected to travel to your base office client sites when required.
Key responsibilities
- Help solve complex issues by performing analysis and providing recommendations
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Support Business Development teams by contributing to business proposals
- Develop plans for client engagement and lead the delivery of defined project activities
- Deliver and lead components of end-to-end transformational activities
Skills & experience
- Experience in either the Defence, National Security or Public Sector environments
- Direct or indirect experience with business change, or another activity with similar soft skills
- Experience dealing with stakeholders and managing relationships
- Some consultancy experience is desirable
