We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join the People Business Partner team dedicated to Apple TV+ in our Services division. The PBP team closely partner with key business leaders by aligning talent initiatives with business strategies. You will provide full spectrum support, locally and globally, strategically and tactically, through projects and programs dedicated to employees and managers. The successful candidate will be invited to lead change, drive results and deliver excellence in this role. Description
- Enhance the on-set experience by engaging with production personnel and production leaders/executives at important moments in the lifecycle of the production, inclusive of onboarding, training, and off-boarding - Handle a wide range of complex and highly sensitive situations involving production personnel - Provide context and information needed by the Accommodations team to enable the interactive process and reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities - Guide production leaders on sophisticated issues, including conflict management - Promote knowledge and understanding of Apple’s policies and values through on-set presence, coaching, education and training - Build and implement balanced risk mitigation plans for the production environment in partnership with key partners such as Studio Legal, Labor Relations and Employment Legal - Identify trends, patterns and themes across the production personnel lifecycle that lead to root-cause analysis, and in turn, proactive, strategic and novel approaches to managing a production workforce - Provide a perspective on Apple’s engagement with key industry standards agencies, current and future OVERALL GOAL OF THIS ROLE: - Ensure the experience of all those involved in an TV+ production is at an Apple Standard in terms of the culture, behaviours and values. - Connector of internal teams, bringing insights and ideas together to solve key issues and plan for future improvements and scale. - Acting as the key local contact for our external payroll and legal partners, bringing an Apple’s values lens to all conversations and decisions. - Oversee for Apple Original series, both UK and US-inbound across all genres - Ensure accountability and responsibility across internal teams and external partnerships
