How you could help us to Enchant the World with Chocolate
We have an exciting opportunity where you could be a part of our incredible team.
In this role you will be an integral part of the team providing accurate administration of the company’s people system including the undertaking of processing the company’s payroll requirements. You will also provide effective and accurate coordination of People & Culture (P&C) activities in support of the business, throughout employee life cycle from pre-boarding to exit.
Key Responsibilities include:
Creating a high performing culture
- Input new starters onto the HR Systems
- Create employment contracts and administer all new starter, leaver and employee change paperwork
- Respond to queries in the P&C Email Inbox in collaboration with the People Co-ordinator
- Support the People Co-ordinator with VISA applications and ensuring compliance with immigration legislation
- Work collaboratively across the P&C team to provide effective administrative support
Payroll & Benefits
- Ensure all employee changes have been captured for payroll
- Support the People Co-ordinator with the self-assessments for LICS (Lindt Internal Control System)
Recruitment
- Provide cover for advertising vacancies both internally and externally via our in-house recruitment system and our internal communications platform.
- Support with the setting up of interviews
Team Support
- Covering the Recruitment, Learning and Development and Communications in-box’s
- Supporting the People Advisor - Learning & Development to set up induction days and learning events
- Attend formal meetings, including in the capacity of note taker, as and when required.
- Work collaboratively across the P&C team to provide effective administrative support
What experience you’ll bring
- Passionate about working in People & Culture
- Excellent attention to detail with good planning and organisation skills
- Able to build strong and real relationships across all levels within Lindt
- Able to prioritise workload and work independently – can get things done!
- Approachable personal style – able to demonstrate empathy when appropriate
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and able to juggle multiple demands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A team player - willing to provide support to colleagues when required
- Proactive and enthusiastic attitude
- High levels of Integrity and professionalism – able to deal with confidential situations
- Numerate, with good IT skills including Excel and Word
- Previous experience of Database P&C systems e.g. CIPHR or similar

Where you’ll be based
This role is based in Feltham, London (Hybrid Working: in the office 60% and WFH 40%). It is a full time role on a 6 month fixed term contract.
