Pension Project Coordinator - Glasgow/Edinburgh -Hybrid - £35,000 Do you have experience in a project-focused role? Do you have practical pensions knowledge? Would a busy and diverse project role within a leading pension organisation appeal to you? This project Analyst role would be perfect for someone actively studying or looking to study towards a Project qualification while also having some practical experience in the space. Due to the nature of the business, some pension experience will also be vital in this post. This post will be busy and varied, offering the opportunity for someone to take on a broad range of duties and manage a number of diverse projects. What will the day-to-day look like? Supporting both team and project leads on a number of clients projects Continual monitoring and maintenance of project documentation, ensuring timescales and deliverables are adhered to Creating and updating project SharePoint sites Providing consistent project support to senor stakeholders Organising and charing project-focused meetings Ensuring all professional and quality standards are met with every project What experience do I need? Some previous pensions experience will be imperative in this role Relevant and varied project experience A self-motivate attitude, able to manage multiple work streams Either have, studying towards or looking to complete a Prince II or equivalent qualification An understanding of project management best practices A background in managing third parties and clients directly This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career and grow on existing pensions and project experience.
